Our approach
We believe that a healthy life starts from within, with how you think about life and feel about yourself. That thinking-feeling approach is part of the fibre of the company's personality. Charlie takes the heart approach with a big dose of empathy for everyone. William takes the head approach and attempts to show the logic and truth in everything.
Yes, it may be a stereotype, but it does seem to represent the way we are both wired, either owing to our biological nature, socialized reality, or life experience. Probably all three! But we think that's what makes the team work well - the push and pull of emphasis and approach, though both are different sides of the same coin.
The heart and soul of Greater Meaning
The character of Greater Meaning is also influenced by our personalities. If you know about the Enneagram personality typology, then you'll know what we mean when we say Charlie is a type 2, the Helper, and William is a type 4, the Individualist. How our personalities show up in our work is Charlie is always seeking heartfelt ways of helping people sense their issues and identity from an intuitive and emotional perspective. She genuinely wants to help people transform their lives through an authentic and insightful way of being. William being the Individualist want to express himself in a creative way that provides his unique understanding of the world, and frame that in meaningful ways so people get a deeper sense of the truth of themselves and their abilities.

Greater Meaning supports the purpose economy whereby companies, organizations, and associations—along with governments and their institutions—support the long-term health and well-being of our communities, countries and planet.
The intention of the purpose economy is to enable an abundant, respectful, and resilient future for us all.
Starts with the individual...
At Greater Meaning we believe that the purpose economy starts with individuals being clear about their purpose in life.
This includes a deep awareness of personal abilities, skills, values and passions, and an understanding of how our intentions can contribute to a more equitable, engaging and fulfilling life for ourselves, the people we care about, and the wider world.
...Becomes collective
Living a purposeful life is a consciously creative act whereby we as individuals act and react within the realms that we participate in. We are in turn shaped by the world we interact with as we simultaneously shape that world.
This kind of purposeful life becomes all the more powerful when combined with others seeking common purpose, whether they be work teams, companies, or communities seeking to purposefully create a better world.
All, together, we can shape a better world, on purpose.
