If you, or I, or anyone ever felt life was certain, we were fooling ourselves. And yet, certainty still seems to be something many of us crave.
Uncertainty is fear of the unknown, the unpredictable, experiencing doubt about the future. For some this causes anxiety and stress. For others, they turn to Tarot cards to try and see ahead. So, how do we deal with this lack of certainty? How do we reduce our level of worry and concern?
Finding peace of mind in these uncertain times
There is much in the world over which we have no control. The virus, the casualties, the media, the stats. While we cannot change these things, we do have control over how we respond to them. Worrying about something bad happening is not going to prevent it happening. If we allow fear or anxiety to dominate our daily lives, we diminish our capacity for resourcefulness, for creativity, for kindness, and for love.
